Take Over's & Excursions
Book your all-inclusive package where food and drink are provided for the whole party as well as airport transport. This will include breakfast and dinner with snacks throughout the day. We even make it easy by booking excursions for you, sending the party with snacks and drinks. We do our best to work with dietary restrictions to create unique and beautiful meals.

Massage: 1 hour ($100) or 90 minutes ($135). We have a massage room with AC
on-site and have various therapists we work with. They would be able to do that privately one at a time and we have therapists that will come after 5.
Red Light Therapy
Golf carts: Daily ($125) or weekly ($475) rental available for a 4 seating cart.
Side by Side rental: This is a 6 person vehicle that is capable of going off road. Kind of like a souped up golf cart. ($275/day) Discounts apply for longer rentals.
Scuba Diving: These are tours. They also have classes and equipment rentals
Catalinas- 2 tank. $105/person
3 tank. $175/person

Full day fishing: Capacity 4-5 people ($1,500). Departs 7am - Return approx. 5pm
Adventure park: You can zipline, see some natural hot springs and waterfalls. If you are not dead set on ziplines for some guests, we may recommend something different. ($150) Transportation is not included.
Horseback Riding on the Beach: Different options available based on the number of riders. ($70/hr, $125 /2hrs, $175- $200 Half day per person.) Must be at least 2 people
Sound bath and cacao ceremony: This is a two hour ceremony at the resort. 1 hr cacao ceremony with blessings and intentions custom designed for your group, and a 50 minute guided sound bath with crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, drumming and individual groups touch healing with tuning forks and aromatherapy. Price depends on the number of guests and availability. ($75)
Private Catamaran: For the catamaran tour (typically a sunset cruise, open bar, food, snorkeling, paddle boarding, etc). We will provide transport to and from, as well as supplemental items (sunscreen, towels, etc). This tour has been a favorite of every group we have hosted thus far. Prices depend on date, time and number of guests. Sunset cruise from 2:00pm-7:00pm.
Open Catamaran: This is an open tour typically up to 40 people. We can provide transportation. Prices depend on date, time and number of guests. ($125)
Nicaragua Day Trip: Includes a visit to a national park, volcano experience, Lake Nicaragua, Granada tour, breakfast and lunch. Departs 4am and returns 6pm. ($225)
Surfing lessons: Two different beaches to choose from. Transportation not included. ($95)
Rio Celeste Tour: Includes a 2hr hike with waterfalls, sloth encounter, frog encounter and lunch. ($175) Transportation provided.
Arenal Volcano Tour: Full day tour which includes 1 hr zipline, 2 hour jungle hike, 3 hr hanging bridges hike and lunch. Departs at 6:30am and returns at 7:00am. ($300) Transportation provided.
Top of the world ATV Tour: Transportation included. ($85)
Jungle encounter1: Half day. Hot springs, waterfall and lunch. Transportation provided.
This is a good option for people who want a relaxing day in nature that does not include things like zipline and ATV. It is also an easy hike if people have mobility issues and are not looking for something too strenuous. ($120)
Jungle encounter 2: Full day. Hot springs, waterfall, butterfly gardens, hanging bridges, tubing, lunch, and more. Enjoy a full day at the nature park. Transportation provided.

2hr Experience: tasting experience 20 chocolates, botanical gardens. ($70)

Taste and explore coffee, chocolate, and sugarcane. 2 hours. ($85)

We have several different options to meet your needs and those of your group during your stay. We have spent several years building relationships with local vendors and have recommendations or can provide you group pricing for these services. The property has 8 units and sleeps up to 22. with 3 swimming pools. We are private and unique with additional spaces such as the massage room.
